Eliminating The Stigma Within The Industry
After conducting research, we discovered the most common negative stigma within the trades industry that customers aren’t happy about is the perception of unprofessionalism. Many customers have had negative experiences with landscapers who show up late, don’t communicate clearly, or exhibit unprofessional behavior on the job site. This can lead to frustration, distrust, and a lack of confidence in the trades industry as a whole. This is why it’s our duty to prioritize professionalism and clear communication in order to build trust and establish positive relationships with our clients.
